Booking Information

• A deposit of $50.00 is required on booking your wedding service (please call to make sure your date is available). Balance due 2 weeks prior to your wedding service, bank cheque / money order payable to Lynda Murphy or Direct deposit (details will be provided).
  
  
• If you cancel up to 4 weeks before your wedding service, a fee of $30.00 will be retained and the remainder moneys returned.
  
  
• If you cancel within 4 weeks of your wedding service, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will be retained by Love Doves.
  
  
• The doves cannot be released in extreme weather conditions eg.storms, heavy rain or high winds.
  
  
• The doves cannot be released after dusk.
  
  
• Love Doves has the right to determine the weather conditions on the day. If the doves are not released, the full service charge will be returned.
  
  
• Love Doves use experienced, well-trained, performance doves. As they are live birds, we are not able to guarantee that the doves perform exactly as required every time. However, we do give a guarantee that our doves are very experienced at what they do best.
